A.M. - Weights and 15 min run. My legs felt pretty tired but they got better for the last 5 minuets of the run.
P.M. - 50 Min 10 warm and then 4x1min @ CV, 6x1min 3 @ Tempo 3 @ Treshhold, 4x1min @ CV. 10 min cool. During the warm up I was tired for weights and I didn’t know how well the work out was going to go but as soon as I started it was great! We made sure to work on some form stuff like knee drive and hammering your arms down. I got a little tired on the last two CV but I stuck in and finished. Over all it was a great workout!
