P.M - I was really worried about todays run. Though out school my legs were really tired and not feeling rested from the weekend like they should. The rain only added to my worries. I kept thinking how am I going to keep up for 80 min. Luckily when practice came around coach swapped the long run for tomorrow’s run. I had 45 min which I felt way better about. The run was hard at first but coach told us that if we were tired even with the weekend we should just run though it. I didn’t get any relief until at about 30 min when all of the sudden I wasn’t tired anymore and I felt like I could go way longer. This is one of the first times that I had wished I didn’t have to turn back to the school so soon. One this I can work on is my hill running. Hills kill me and that’s where I always fall behind. I am glad we started doing hill circuits on a few days because I think that will really help.
