Though out school my legs were really tired and not feeling rested from the weekend like they should. The rain only added to my worries. I kept thinking how am I going to keep up for 80 min. Luckily when practice came around coach swapped the long run for tomorrow&rsquo;s run. I had 45 min which I felt way better about. The run was hard at first but coach told us that if we were tired even with the weekend we should just run though it. I didn&rsquo;t get any relief until at about 30 min when all of the sudden I wasn&rsquo;t tired anymore and I felt like I could go way longer. This is one of the first times that I had wished I didn&rsquo;t have to turn back to the school so soon. One this I can work on is my hill running. Hills kill me and that&rsquo;s where I always fall behind. I feel kind of crappy on the way to formaster and on my way back but when I got back to the high school I started feeling good. My legs felt pretty tired but they got better for the last 5 minuets of the run.&nbsp;</p> <p>P.M. - 50 Min 10 warm and then 4x1min @ CV, 6x1min 3 @ Tempo 3 @ Treshhold, 4x1min @ CV. 10 min cool. During the warm up I was tired for weights and I didn&rsquo;t know how well the work out was going to go but as soon as I&nbsp;started it was great! We made sure to work on some form stuff like knee drive and hammering your arms down. I got a little tired on the last two CV but I stuck in and finished. I felt really good my arms have been really tired lately but it felt fine this morning.&nbsp;</p> <p>P.M. - 50 Min run with 6 Striders. Dang I felt great!! It&rsquo;s so good to run with the guys and I really think that morning practice helped with that.
