A.M. - 25 Easy Run. I felt really good my arms have been really tired lately but it felt fine this morning. 

P.M. - 50 Min run with 6 Striders. Dang I felt great!! It’s so good to run with the guys and I really think that morning practice helped with that. I have been keeping up on my one leg squats and I have actually noticed my legs not being as tired and my knee has stoped hurting so that’s good!

A.M. - Weights and 15 min run. My legs felt pretty tired but they got better for the last 5 minuets of the run. 

P.M. - 50 Min 10 warm and then 4x1min @ CV, 6x1min 3 @ Tempo 3 @ Treshhold, 4x1min @ CV. 10 min cool. During the warm up I was tired for weights and I didn’t know how well the work out was going to go but as soon as I started it was great! We made sure to work on some form stuff like knee drive and hammering your arms down. I got a little tired on the last two CV but I stuck in and finished. Over all it was a great workout!

P.M. - 50 min with 3 hill circuits. I feel kind of crappy on the way to formaster and on my way back but when I got back to the high school I started feeling good. I think I was tired from the workout yesterday. My hill circuits were way good and I ran my last 2 with the guys.

P.M. - 40 min I felt pretty good today I ran a little bit with Logan at the 5k which was pretty fun. My shoes kept coming untied so I should probably tie them better so I don’t have to keep stopping.
