| | This was not a great run. I felt really good going into green springs and right around the clubhouse and the double churches I fell off the pack. On the way back I picked up my pace a little but not as much as I wanted. There is definitely room for improvement!

| | This run was way better than yesterday! I felt a little sluggish starting out on the warm up but I kept up the whole time. When we started the 20 min of tempo I was feeling great, but half way through started feeling it. I ended up pushing through it and finished on pace and did a cool with no problem at all.

| | This run was hard getting started because I haven run for a while (I was sick) but once we got to hearts I was doing great! I turned early to go just 40 minutes because my stomach was feeling queasy probably from being sick. Overall it was a good run though.

| | This was a great run! I felt like I pushed hard and did what I needed to do. We did 15 minutes of warm and than I did 22 minutes of tempo 7:00 pace. Than I cooled to time.

| | Today was a good day even though I went pretty slow. It was good at the beginning of the run but right as we got on to the dirt mile I had to slow down a little. My goal this week is to build back up and start running with the guys more and more. I went 7 minutes with them today. It was great to be back at practice and I can't wait to see what the season brings!

| | Today was a great run! I felt really good on the way to the hill and during the workout, I felt like I pushed hard. I know that I can make some improvements in my hill running so next time I am going to focus on driving my knees and arms.

| | Lately, I have been not doing so good and Evan has been on me to stick with the guys and today's run was the best! I felt so amazing and stayed with the top group of boys all 60 min! This was a giant confidence booster!

| | Today was an ok run for me. I didn't feel all that great and my stoumach was hurting prety bad. On a positive side I realy tried to give it a good hard push going up the sand hill. I didnt stop once and even pasted some people. It will be good to get back in the grove of things this week.

| | 70 min am: I felt great! Kept up with the almost the whole time but fell off around sunrise tires but luckily Spencer was there and ran with me and we had a great finish to the high school.
25 min pm: felt ok I think I was a little tired from my ride n this morning but it was good to shake out my legs

Hurricane Invite (3 Miles) 00:17:20, Place overall: 5, Place in age division: 5 | | Oh man! This race was so EPIC! I got about 15min of warm up before we raced. During the race I felt so amazing and I kept up with the front group and the whole time I was like this is crazy. After the race Evan and I told each other 3 things we did good and 3 thing that we could work on. Mine things were:

- I had a Great start and got out in front
- I pushed myself the whole race
- During the downhills I dug in and kicked
